How to calm your heart

There are so many sadness, so many fears that are always hitting your heart, one way or the other. Slamming you from right and left, this way and that way. It feels like a violent oceans inside each and everyone of us.

Even if we look normal on the outside, there's a lot going on inside. We all know that there's a lot of struggle that we are handling all at the same time. So, how do we take this violent ocean? The struggle of the heart. The constant feeling of uneasiness, always angry or feeling anxious of something.

Knowing that you are withholding your anger, you are withholding your sadness or maybe you are not holding it but having an outburst. How do you take these things that are making you always experiencing an earthquake or a tsunami even? How do you calm it down?

Allah said in the Al Quran, Surah Ar Ra'd:23:
ٱلَّذِينَ ءَامَنُوا۟ وَتَطْمَئِنُّ قُلُوبُهُم بِذِكْرِ ٱللَّهِ ۗ أَلَا بِذِكْرِ ٱللَّهِ تَطْمَئِنُّ ٱلْقُلُوبُ ٢٨

those who believe and whose hearts find comfort in the remembrance of Allah. Surely in the remembrance of Allah do hearts find comfort.

So, to calm that turbulence, remember Allah swt.
And how do you do that?

Surah Al Muzammil.

When you feel stress over work or house chores or even our children's behaviour. - Surah Al Muzzamil

When you feel that you somehow lost connection with Allah swt. Even when performing prayer. - Surah Al Muzzammil

When you feel that you are lost or don't feel your heart anymore - Surah Al Muzzammil

When you feel that all the psychological, emotional and spiritual problem coming crashing to you in every moment, Allah swt is offering the solution to them.

Surah Al Muzzammil: 2-4
Stand all night ˹in prayer˺ except a little—

˹pray˺ half the night, or a little less,

or a little more—and recite the Quran ˹properly˺ in a measured way.
(atau lebih dari seperdua itu. Dan bacalah Al-Qur`ān itu dengan perlahan-lahan.)

Pantun Perkenalkan diri

Lucu sebenarnya. Being outside of our comfort zone feels odd, anxious, nervous and most of the time, it causes us to be at the edge, physically and emotionally.

Assalamualaikum, salam perkenalan
Nama saya *********

Masak lomak cili api,
Saya dari ***** Nogori.

Lihatlah langit kukuh yang Allah bina,
Indahnya hambaran bumi penuh dengan makhluk-makhluknya,
Saya asal dari Johor negeri tercinta,
Mempunyai keturunan Jawa, cina dan Utara.

Sempurnanya kejadian manusia,
Boleh berfikir, memilih dan mengira,
Menamam pokok dan menjahit adalah hobi saya,
Di waktu lapang bila ada masa.

Pelbagai makhluk Allah cipta,
Datang sekali dengan ujiannya,
Kes Covid 19 semakin ramai yang kena,
Saya doakan semuanya dikurniakan kesihatan dengan sempurna.

Bulan Ramadhan hampir tiba,
Semoga para ibu kuat mengharunginya,
Menggapai taqwa dan redha Allah tujuan utama,
semoga akhirnya kita semua masuk syurga.

Anak2 berlari bermain bersama,

It feels unfair when you have the job of 2 people, accountable for both, and yet another person who supposed to do the job is taking things for granted.

(yaitu) surga ʻAdn yang mereka masuk ke dalamnya bersama-sama dengan orang-orang yang saleh dari bapak-bapaknya, istri-istrinya, dan anak cucunya, sedang malaikat-malaikat masuk ke tempat-tempat mereka dari semua pintu;

Hang in there!

Bila Dihargai

Just imagine this, you are a die hard fan of an actor or actress, or a fan of someone famous. Then one day, you post something regarding them in instagram or facebook or blog, and they read the post. Not just that, they actually mention you in their personal media social, they recognizes you and they show their appreciation towards your love/fandom to them. How do you feel?

Excited, rasa macam special gila! Like out of all the thousands or million fans that they have, he/she mentions YOU! Rasa mcm nak pengsan? heh

Well, did you know that Allah swt did more than that to you in the al-quran. He actually mentions YOU specifically in front of Rasulullah saw during the event of isra' and mi'raj. Yes! You and Me! Allah is no comparison to those famous people, He is beyond and far Greater than them, but the appreciation that Allah swt shows towards those who declare their shahadah towards Allah swt is being elevated to a higher level disisi Allah swt.

Did you know where Allah swt has mentioned us?
Take a quran and open Surah Al-Baqarah, ayat 285.

In English:
The Messenger has believed in what was revealed to him from his Lord, and [so have] the believers. All of them have believed in Allah and His angels and His books and His messengers, [saying], "We make no distinction between any of His messengers." And they say, "We hear and we obey. [We seek] Your forgiveness, our Lord, and to You is the [final] destination."

Its a common ayat to those who often read Al-Mathurat. However, if you go through the background check on this ayat, you will be amazed on how Allah swt shows His appreciation towards Rasulullah saw who believes in Allah, and towards the MUKMINUN who also believes in Allah swt. And did you know that this ayat was being given to Rasulullah saw personally without any intermediaries of Malaikat Jibril? Because Allah swt wanted to give it straight to Rasulullah saw. Special isn't it? Since Allah swt actually recognizes US! A slave that is so insignificant and full of sins, but Allah swt still appreciate our iman. SubhanAllah.

I'll share the other part of the surah in the next post. It will be more amazing and so special insyAllah. The words of Allah swt are so special subhanAllah.

P/s there's a trigger thst made me wanted to post this. It happened to be that i joined a periscope broadcast with a raising actress. It was amazing to see the respond from her fans and the appreciation that they feel when the actrss mentioned their name, or respond to their question. Even felt special when the actress like their post in ig. Amazing subhanAllah, how being appreciated meant so much to us.

Peliks

Hehe..no no this is not maria elena. This is hanif marwa still :)

New experience has always be interesting, but this time, it is pelik. For me it is. Nevertheless, new place, new environment, new people and new responsibility. Everything seems to be in the land of uncertainties. Unknown, of where to start or which way to go, but the goal is clear. No help from people, or guidance from books. It is like being dump into no where. Hehe...but that's the best part. It is as if the whole journey teaches us to rely entirely to Allah swt. We dealt with people who is racist, who drove like a gangster, or didn't even bother to talk. It gives us a new insight to life. Mak says, "Baru tahu langit tu tinggi ke rendah" hehe..true. so true.

So what do we do?

For first few days, we kindda feel a little heart broken, and I was nervous all the time. At the end of the day, it felt so restless. However, Allah is full of mercy. He tested all of us, including you, so that we can be so much closer to Him. To remember Him and to rely on Him. That last call I made, changes the mood for the day. All these time, He guide us so that we can have the best home that He can give. SubhanAllah, after that one phone call, everything falls into place nicely, and smoothly. There were some bumps here and there along the way, but He helped us to smooth it through His plans. SubhanAllah...

So, for you who read this piece, no matter where Allah swt has destined you to be, remember to always rely on Allah swt. Trust in Him and make your life depend on Him. He will always find ways to test you, so that you will never forget Him. because He is the Most Merciful.

A trial on top of another trial does not mean Allah swt is there without mercy, nor without consideration towards His 'abid, however, Allah swt gives the trial with a purpose. Allah swt knows each of His 'abid's capability in overcoming those trial. He will never set any trial that is unbearable for His 'abid. That is why for every trials received, make it as a chance and opportunity that Allah swt has given to us to increase our good deeds. Receive those trials with sincere heart, face it patiently and always be positive! That's how we should do it! Allah swt has given us many trial, as a matter of fact, it is a trial on top of another trial. But remember, Allah swt also given us the solutions to those trial. There will always be a road that Allah swt will show to us and ease our way through it. InsyAllah!

"Allah does not charge a soul except [with that within] its capacity. It will have [the consequence of] what [good] it has gained, and it will bear [the consequence of] what [evil] it has earned. "Our Lord, do not impose blame upon us if we have forgotten or erred. Our Lord, and lay not upon us a burden like that which You laid upon those before us. Our Lord, and burden us not with that which we have no ability to bear. And pardon us; and forgive us; and have mercy upon us. You are our protector, so give us victory over the disbelieving people." - [Surah Al-Baqarah: 286]

"Sekiranya kamu menghitung nikmat Allah satu-persatu, nescaya kamu tidak terhitungnya!"

Sayu

Yes, it has been nearly two years. Taking a pause in writing to publish doesn't restrict me from writing more, but to write privately.

However, today, in this quiet night, a gush of feeling suddenly flooding through this small heart, that it felt so small to bear this overflowing emotion. A feeling of 'Sayu' and thankful both at the same time. It is true, what Allah swt has promised in His ayat:

" ...Allah chooses to Himself those whom He pleases, and guides to Himself those who turn (to Him)." (Asy Syuara: 13)

And another promise:
"(To them) and to their fathers, and progeny and brethren: We chose them, and we guided them to a straight way. This is the guidance of Allah. He giveth that guidance to whom He pleaseth, of His worshippers. If they were to join other gods with Him, all that they did would be vain for them." (Anaam:87-88)

Allah chooses His slaves to be in this straight path. He chooses His slaves to be among the best and to have another chance to be close to Him. It is an honor. It is a sign of love and barakah that Allah swt has showers to His slaves that are often lost and forget.

What does these ayat got to do with my emotion? A lot.

At some point in life, we came across so many people. Those that you made contact with, those that you passed by, those that you gave a portion of your heart to, or those that you filled your heart with. They are all  slaves of Allah, that Allah swt has destined your life to cross theirs in so many possible ways. Sometimes, there are those people that you felt that they are so perfect and pious, that you feel that they could make it to syurga, but Allah sometimes destined them otherwise. And there are those where you find themselves so lost and full of sins that you judge them to be destined to Hell, when in Allah's plan, they will be among the solihin in Jannah.

It hit me pretty hard, that sometimes we may take ourselves as God, when we are only a lowly slaves of Allah. We make sudden judgement on people when seeing or knowing the sins that the person committed, when in actual fact, as long as Allah swt gives them time and life, they still have the chance to change and repent. The second chance that Allah swt has provided for them is a sign of hope from Allah swt that they might be the chosen one to follow and accept the guidance of Allah swt. We never know, but we have to stop judging.

Just like the rain. The guidance is. When it hit the right place, a plant can grow beautifully. With the right nutrients and plenty of sun and water, it can even breed fruits and flowers that will benefit those in need in its surroundings. When we human take the rain of guidance of Allah swt with a sincere heart, we can be like that tree. Strong roots of iman, and branches and leaves of amal, it can seed out fruits and flowers that will benefit the other human beings and the livings surrounding it.

Thus, pause from judging, but look at those individuals that Allah swt has destined to cross your life and make doa that they will be chosen by Allah to be in Jannah. Be the strong tree that gives out delicious fruits and beautiful flowers, through dakwah and good deeds. May Allah swt bless you and all of us, and make us stay istiqamah in this straight path, insyAllah...

THe Little One

To write this post, it took me 5 months. While during that time, only Allah swt how my life has changed, how so many things has happened with Allah's swt wills. Looking back, it is amazing how our life has been shaped by Allah swt so perfectly and so dearly that He never let a second past in our life unless it is what He has planned for us.

Yes, when the last time I post in this blog, he was still inside, tuck in so warmly and growing so rapidly inside. Now, he is nearly a month old, and still rapidly growing, and gaining more weight. Alhamdulillah, this little bundle of joy brought happiness in the family, and bring the family closer together. Since his existence, our home has received so many visitors both from near and far.

It is a wonderful experience to watch him grow everyday, both in terms of size and intelligence. And like my mother always say: "You will not want to miss even a second of his life. Because it is so wonderful and amazing". He is like a sponge, that will absorb everything that he is being exposed to, be it a plain water or a coffee. Or like a plain white sheet that will show the picture that we had drawn with varieties of shape and colours.

“Sesungguhnya setiap bayi itu dilahirkan dalam keadaan fitrah (suci) seperti kain putih, ibu-bapalah yang mencorakkannya samada menjadi Yahudi, Majusi, atau Nasrani.”

Like my sister in law used to say, how you grow a child actually reflect ourself as a mother to a child, as a child to a mother, as a wife to a husband, and the most importantly as an abid in front of Allah swt. (Kita muhasabah diri balik). Because what our child did is a reflection to ourself. When he/she did something wrong, there must be a sin that we might have done in the past that we haven't repented yet. Or we might have act the same way like he/she did before, and set an example for him/her to follow. It is a simple rule isn't it, and yet we often forget. May Allah swt forgive all of our sins... astaghfirullah...

Doakan saya dapat mendidik this little one dengan baik, utk menjadi hambaNya yg soleh, yg beriman dan bertaqwa!

Bermimpilah! Walau Memeluk bulan sekalipun

Bismillahirrahmanirrahim...

[source]

This is one of the chapter title from Sister Oki's second book. Such an amazing master piece to read. Not just this chapter, but the whole book is filled with mind blowing contents that will always cause me to pause for a while and think for such a long time. With a very casual and light style of narration, it is amazing how every pages flipped can give endless dose of motivation, and inspiration for your life, gained from the lessons learnt off the others. For every stories told, my thoughts start to kick in action. How can through this reading, makes me a better person and a better 'abid in front of Allah swt?

For this particular chapter, she narrates about a little child who has a big dream. Although it seems to be out of reach due to his family difficulties, this little child continues to smile with enthusiasm and with his high spirit he said: "I am Muhammad Sandi Ramdana Akbar, will become someone BIG (in terms of influence not the size) as big as my name: AKBAR". This is only a little child who is just 12 years old.

That's not all. Remember our brothers and sisters in Palestin? I've came across a story of the a little girl, who was being approached by one of the volunteers from Aqsa Syarif (one of the NGO from Malaysia that helps the Palestinian). She was always seen to be smiling happily. By the look of it, it seems that she is enjoying her life, playing and going to school as if there is no war nor oppression going on. You could never have guessed that her home is constantly shortage of food and water. And you could never see the fear in her eyes, even when knowing that her life is always on the threat of being killed by those ruthless armies. When being asked about her life, she said: "Yes it is hard. Living here is hard. But I believe one day we will be free! and the whole Palestin will be back into our hands! If I don't get to see it, I am happy that I will die as a syuhada' instead!". SubhanAllah...

They have a dream.
A dream that may be too far to reach, too huge to hug, too hard to get there.
But they have a dream.
Even by only having a dream, one can see the light and hope in their life.
A dream that gives one motivation to continue to strive, to continue to run, to continue to live life trying hard to reach that dream.
A dream that would never let one's life to be wasted.
Every day and every second is a step closer towards that dream,
Isn't it better if the dream leads to the oasis?
Even though he/she can't swim across it, at least he/she can see it and enjoy the view of it.

Anyone can have a dream.
A dream to have a doctorate and a professor, even though you are currently struggling in your undergrad.
A dream to become a hafiz/hafizah, even though you constantly having a short term memory loss.
A dream to be the best wife or husband, even though your are still single.
A dream to be the best child to towards their parent and the best parent towards their child,
A dream to be the best murabbi towards their mutarabbi.
A dream to be the best student in the whole entire nation, the best teacher towards their students,
and a dream to be the best abid in front of Allah swt.
A dream to have the entire nation become obedient towards Allahs swt.
A dream to meet Allah swt, the creator of the entire universe and the reason of our existence.
A dream to meet Prophet Muhammad saw, the role model that taught us how to lead our life.
A dream to enter the jannah and enjoy all the eternal happiness conceived in it,

Have your own dream.
Because they can't blame you from having a dream.
Have your own dream.
Because a dream will initiate your step to turn them into reality.
Have your own perfect dream.
And strive to turn it into a reality!
A dream that in the end, when we meet Allah swt, we would be able to say:
"Ya Allah, this is my dream. That I strive during my lifetime. And I did for Your sake."
That is a dream.
A real dream.

What about you?
Do you have a dream?

A Blessed Guest

How long has it been? too long... More than a month that is. Full of spider webs and dust I think~
Well, it has been a while in fact, and looking at the condition of this blog, it has been left hanging for quite sometimes, and it really needs some new posts to make it alive again.

[credit]
There are so many things to share, but, due to the time constraint, I refrain myself from updating the blog. Its a pity, I know, but, I'll try my best to share as much as I can, from this insignificant experience of mine.

Today marked 19th of July 2012, if based on the calendar, we will start our tarawikh prayer after isya' and the following day will be our first day of Ramadhan this year. SubhanAllah, may Allah swt allow us to meet His ramadhan, and allow us to enter the race in becoming a better 'abid.

Talking about ramadhan, in an effort of getting enough stamina for the 30 days race, and being istiqamah for the next 11 months, I've searched the internet for a good talk for me to listen to. Alhamdulillah, I've come across an hour (just about) long talk by Ustaz Nouman Ali Khan. It was AMAZING! Totally turn my paradigm and my view on how I should welcome ramadhan into my life, and how we should welcome ramadhan into our life.

I've never thought of a simple ayat, from the surah Al-Baqarah 183-185 can mean so much, and make me understand more about the content of the overall surah Al-Baqarah. Why those ayat are being sent down in such a way and why those ayat were being organized in the middle of the surah like that. And why Allah swt, talk about taqwa all the time in the quran. Not just once or twice, but hundreds of time. Why? and it is funny how Ustaz Nouman make us understand by making a comparison that make so much sense.

Of course, I am in no position to explain this matter further. Try and listen to the talk below. It really worth your time. In the name of Allah, the most beneficent and the most merciful... ^.^,

p/s if you dont have time to listen now, feel free to download the audio version of the talk at the kuliah section on the right side of this blog. May Allah swt bless us always~
p/ss Happy Ramadhan everyone and let us make this Ramadhan as a race that we will never forget, and make us race faster towards Allah swt!

Kebaikan bagaimana?

(HR Muslim)

three things for many occasions ^.^,

Bismillahirrahmanirrahim...

when we are sad, who do we seek comfort to?
when we are in trouble, who do we seek help to?
when we are in deep..deep..deep trouble, who are there to solve it with you?
hurm... our mother? our father? sister and brother? friends? BFF (best friend forever)?
or

when u feel the jealousy of what other people have,
then, think about what Allah swt has given to you,
which others don't have.
there must be a (many) reason(s) why Allah has given u those things,
and didn't give the others~
even if Allah swt did gave those kurnia to us,
have we "bertasbih", "bertahmid" and "beristighfar"?
have we cleansed ourselves and our heart from the arrogance? kibr? the feelings of better from the others?

^.^, subhanAllah, alhamdulillah, astaghfirullah~

That little boy...who smiles sweetly

[kredit]
this little boy who smile sweetly ^.^,

There was a little boy,
who smile to the mosque's moneybox,
not only once,
but everytime he went there for prayers.
Until one day,
the imam saw this little boy,
it sparked the imam's curiosity.
"Why did you smile to the moneybox my little ones?"
The little boy smile again,
but this time to the imam.
"Because I have no money,
and the only thing that I have to give alms,
is by smiling~"
Isn't smiling is part of sedekah too? ^.^,

[kredit]
even giving food to a stray can is considered as sedekah/alms ^.^,

Give away,
things that you loved the most,
I'm sure you are not at loss (Qs2:267, Qs3:92).
Give away,
things that you have in excess,
while the others are at less (Qs2:261-262).
Give away,
portion of your wealth,
or make use of your good health (Qs2:272).
Give away,
smiles full of sincerity,
eventhough you are in poverty.
Give away,
knowledge that you gain (balighu anni walau an-ayah),
so that the rewards from Allah swt will be like the pouring rain.
Give away,
and continue to give away,
because Allah swt will ask you one day,
"With your wealth, your health and everything that I've given to you,
what have you done with it that brings you nor other close to Me?"

In fear with mesmerizing view

Having to watch this causes goosebumps to appear, and creating much fear. Will I (and we) be able to answer that one simple but can be terrifying question?
"What have you done for Islam?"

While many are still in daze or unaware of what Islam is, it shows how much our responsibilities still lies unattended...unfulfilled... while in the end, the question(s) will hunt us and prevent us from entering the heaven.  Many (non muslim) will claim their right about Islam, from the muslims that they have encountered in their life.

"Why this person, my neighbor never tell me anything about Islam?"
"Why this person, my friend, never tell me anything about Allah swt to me?"
"Why this person, my housemate, never tell me anything about the heaven or hell?"
"Why this person, my team mate, never tell me anything about Rasulullah saw?"

During the judgement day, when we were being called one by one to be arbitrated, being shot like a machine gun with these questions would be really horrible to bear. Isn't it?

Isn't it better to see this view instead? Its mesmerizing~ (take note during 4.46, and what do you see?)

Bersahabat seperti kisah Tomato

hmmm... insyAllah, mohon doanya.

quiet

[credit]

Quiet,
Really quiet today,
That silence took over again,
since the moment the eyes open.

Walking round the mall,
Looking through the items on the shelves,
The finger tips running through those expensive items,
When there's a realization,
that there's no joy to it,
there's no peace in it,
there's nothing on it,
It is just an item.

There used to be a desire to buy them,
there used to be an amazement to it,
there used to be an excitement that filled the heart.
But no,
there's only quiet moment,
a realization that its only an item.
That one day will aged,
that one day will vanished,
that one day will be thrown to the dustbin,
that one day will be forgotten,
because they are just an item,
and we are just a human.

"Dan Kami tidak menjadikan hidup abadi bagi seorang manusia sebelum engkau (Muhammad), maka, jika engkau wafat, apakah mereka akan kekal?

Setiap yang bernyawa akan merasakan mati. Kami akan menguji kamu dengan keburukan dan kebaikan sebagai cubaan. Dan kamu akan dikembalikan hanya kepada Kami" (Surah al-anbiya': 34-35)

Kulit yang disiat-siat

Bismillahirrahmanirrahim...

[kredit]
There was a little boy, with genius brain and creative mind. A common item that we see lying can be made into something interesting to him. Everyday, he learn new things. Every day, he discover new things. And every day, he experiment new things. And that's where something bad happen.

He was being very creative with the aerosol can. Only to learn that there's a label at the back of the can, with a picture of fire and a small writing of "Flammable". His eyes was sparkling and his mind is working fast like an Intel i7 processor. He took those lighter from mom's kitchen and went to the back garden. ALONE. He put the can down, bathed it with some flammable oil and lit the can up into a fire. He stand a few feet backward. He was pretty disappointed at first, since there was only a normal fire surrounding the can.

And then...

KABOOOOOOOMM!!!!!!!

ARGGHHHHHHH!!!!!

PANASNYAAA!!!!!!!

HOT! HOT! HOT!

The can erupted and created a huge explosion and some of those chemical and fire hit that little boy. His leg was in fire. His arms too, and not forgetting his face!

That little boy was rushed to the hospital, and receive serious treatment for a straight 2 weeks. The next day after the explosion, all of the injured areas of his body and face was swelling and under those skin, there was a pool of water, where as if it could be popped. Sadly, that's what happen. Every day, he needs to bear an extremely excruciating pain of getting the swelled area popped and the skin to be stripped off by a nurse. Since during that time, there's not much of a pain killer used, he end up bearing all those pain by screaming his heart out under his pillow.

By the time he was discharged out of the hospital, those skin area which was oftenly being stripped off was white, while the normal one was brown / his normal skin color. The color was just like an army's clothes.

But that teaches him a lesson, that this is what it feels like - being able to feel his skin stripped off with excruciating, after being burnt badly, as Allah has said in the quran:

(Surah an-Nisa; 56)

Why is it the skin? Why not our organ or meat? Why not the eyes or the skeleton?

Its because of the pain and the emotional distress, that it can cause.

The skin is the biggest organ of our body and contribute 16% of our total weight. And with that huge organ, it is being equipped with receptors and sensors that is very sensitive and can make us be able to feel pains.

For more explanation, I really suggests that you can read it HERE

SubhanAllah, even in the dunia we weren't be able to hold to those pain, how is it possible for us to bear those pain in the akhirat? that is much greater and much more painful that it is in the dunia. Nauzubillah, may Allah swt protect us from the hell fire, that we cannot bear to handle...

p/s here's an example of someone playing around with aerosol >> FIRE & AEROSOL = DISASTER

who's being unfair to whom?

[kredit]

[By the time all of us were at our place, we couldn't stop frowning and make us more confuse]

Song of the day: Better Days [D-Clique]

I just feel like getting this out of my chest.

Before getting to the real story, let me tell you the background. Since I am currently involved with the project that's located at the tallest building in the country, as a muslim, we still need to perform our daily 5 times prayer. Besides the musolla located at level 13, our floor level is also being equipped with a very small musolla that could fit alhamdulillah 4-5 people at one time. Throughout these 6 months, I only been to the 13th floor, once with unnie shaqifah. Not that I don't fancy going there, but it would be better to pray together with the other team member of the same floor.

So, the 6 months continue to roll on and it has been a very pleasant experience to pray zuhur and asar together, and each of us will take turns to lead the prayer. Sometimes, the other member from the other team joined us as well and expand the crowd, but the space is still very limited. Alhamdulillah, by the time it is 1.30 pm or 4.30 pm, people will start to queue up to perform their prayer.

But today, that pleasantness turn into a heart stabbing incident. There was only 4 of us in the musolla, and as usual, we did pray together. During our pray, we realized that the door opened and closed very frequently. And with that we understand that the queue outside is rather long. Thus, after dua and salam, I headed straight for the door and leave the musolla, only to be told off by the other member from the other team to get our ourselves to the other musolla if we wanted to pray jamaah!

In silence, inside, I was --> "pppfffttt..?!"

But, I refrain myself, as even Rasulullah saw never teach us to do that.

"Why? (kenape?)" I said, with very innocent face and voice tone.
"Yeah, all of u need to go to the other surau, not this one", she replied
"But why?", still making those innocent face and voice even though I feel like gulping on a grenade.
"yeah, because you are being unfair to us!"
"why? why unfair?"
and the conversation just stop there, as she went inside the musolla, and my other team member follow me suit behind me, out from the musolla (sambil kerut2 dahi, dan terpinga2 and frowning).

I thought I was the only one, but all four of us were dumbstruck on how that feeling, way of thinking or way of talking from a muslim to another muslim was like a bulldozer of rudeness. I understand that she may need to queue up in order to perform her prayer, but with the situation of having small area to share on, couldn't you be more understanding and more patience? Is there a need to get everyone out and get the place to yourself only? Is it wrong to take turns and perform our responsibility in the best possible way with the limited resources available. Even then, is it wrong to perform our prayer together, because we wanted to get those 27x of rewards? What is the different with the situation of performing solat alone when there are another 3 people who also performing their prayers individually, and performing the prayer together in unity (all four together)? Yes! You will receive more chance of getting more reward from Allah swt! It only take around 10 - 15 mins the most, and after doa, we will get out of the musolla with discipline. None of us (the three of us) would do make up there, or taking time on wearing our hijab. We are not that kind of people ok! So, what's the need to throw those tantrum to us? =.="

May Allah swt one day open all of our hearts and become a kind person to the others. Because one day Allah swt will take our soul, and it will be questioned. I didn't say that we are any better from the others because we perform our prayer together (since I'm not dead yet, and don't even know if I have the chance to enter the jannah), but, I think it would be nice if you treat the others just like what you want the others to treat you. If they did something wrong or munkar, there's always a nice method on how to "tegur", isn't it? ^.^, may Allah swt bless us all and give us the peace that we always need every time we want to seek Allah's pleasure in our life. insyAllah...
